The property manager is completely unresponsive; there's no reply by email or phone. They've made two mistakes in a row: first, incorrectly applying the rent index (IRL) to unfairly increase the rent (it took six months to get it corrected), and now they're not even applying the formula for allocating building charges correctly. It's infuriating. Furthermore, since taking over management, the building is gradually turning into an Airbnb residence, with all the associated problems for residents: travelers leaving their trash in the lobby because they don't know where the garbage room is, noise pollution, etc. Management needs to do something.
