This recruitment agency is unacceptable. I had an interview with someone for a position I was interested in at the end of the week. He then told me he had more interviews the following week and would contact me again in two weeks, so I waited. The second week arrived, and I heard nothing. I tried calling and sent an email to get an update, but I haven't received any response since. This is unacceptable. If my application wasn't suitable, it would have been more respectful to tell me and at least provide some kind of response.

A very human approach, attentive to candidates and companies alike. The firm's mission is not to place candidates for the sake of placing candidates; a genuine and sincere approach to verifying candidate/company compatibility is essential for the project to be sustainable. It's not about finding someone for a position; it goes beyond that. I recommend it.
