You canceled my order on the grounds that the clothes were no longer available, even though there was still stock at the time of purchase... This is the first time this has happened to me (I've already ordered an item and it was indicated that it was the last one... I received it). It would be nice if you could update your inventory in real time to avoid unpleasant surprises. I was able to find these coveted pieces on Zalando, and they were the last ones... lucky me! Otherwise, I'll go through Amazon; honestly, 16 euros for skinny pants there instead of over 50 euros on your site, the choice is made. On the other hand, I've noticed a decline in quality since 2020: Trench buttons come off, for example (a trench coat still costs €120), coats pill... and jeans lose their color after two washes. Is it really a good idea to sell these things? You offered me a €5 check as compensation for my canceled order... That's kind, thank you, but I don't know if I'll be able to use it because it's becoming difficult to find clothes I like with you (it's been two years since I've had a favorite). Bring back more timeless, very feminine and chic pieces, in black, lace, etc. I don't want to be flashy and wear ORDINARY clothes. I have my own style, and it's becoming difficult to dress with you. I have to go through Vinted because your old collections were more aesthetically pleasing and, above all, very good quality. I hope for a return to quality and an aesthetic improvement for future collections.
