Amazing people and service provided!

We came to see the virtual exhibition on the Titanic. The exhibition itself was nice, but we had an appointment for 2pm, and we were seen at 3:30pm, too long a wait.

Catastrophic! We were a large group and had booked the Titanic exhibition. On the day, we arrived to find the doors closed. There was just a sign saying that due to a technical problem, the exhibition was closed. We weren't even notified beforehand. So we made the trip for nothing. And the worst part is that FEVER is doing everything they can to avoid giving us a refund (€200, no less!!). They are incredibly dishonest. Avoid at all costs…
