This is basically a bad business, helped an old lady to get a walking support - and already before getting home, she changed her mind. Went back to the store where the battle to get her statutory French consumer rights fulfilled - started! A secondary sales person seemed very sacred of the female elderly boss or owner, tried all kind of tricks not to refund the old lady her insurance contribution - and keep it themselves, but insistence and legal threats helped. This business brand also tricked another of my acquaintances into a health insurance, where they added unasked extra billable services to the subscription. All in all a dubious and not credible business that I will warn people about using. They get two stars because they did give in after legal threats - but they really deserve 0 * stars.

Je suis très déçue par le comportement dangereux d’un de vos livreurs. Aujourd’hui, alors que la circulation était dense, il roulait à vive allure, me collait dangereusement à l’arrière, et faisait des zigzags entre les véhicules sans aucune précaution. Ce genre de conduite est totalement inacceptable, d’autant plus qu’il s’agit d’un transport de médicaments, secteur où la sécurité devrait être une priorité. A superb team that takes excellent care of the customer, offering great advice and always listening. They're quick, efficient, and they call back if they don't have the information right away. If a product isn't available in store, no problem, they receive it very quickly, within a few days. I personally received mine two days later. Free home delivery is available depending on the product. I highly recommend them.
