Linking Talents

I applied nearly 10 times for recruitment officer positions at this company. In my opinion, my background, education, qualifications, skills, and especially my interpersonal skills, warranted a phone call from them. But no, I didn't receive a single response other than automated notifications from Indeed indicating that my application had been rejected. As a recruitment agency, when someone applies repeatedly, it seems worthwhile to delve deeper, understand the candidate's motivations, and what they can bring to the company. Perhaps you're the ones missing out on an interesting candidate ;)

I applied twice for a Recruitment Officer position (junior level for the first one) and both times I never received any feedback from the company. It's quite disappointing.
