LE TRAIT D’UNION

A small restaurant/café within the Union Saint-Jean shopping center. The beers are local, excellent, and the cheapest in Bordeaux! And a superb charcuterie board for an aperitif, featuring carefully selected, high-quality products! I recommend it for an aperitif in the late afternoon. We'll be back to try the open-faced sandwiches for lunch.

A very welcoming place to eat and have a drink. Located in the Union Saint Jean community center, this small restaurant/bar is ideal for fun evenings. They regularly organize events (board games, drawing nights, trivia nights, etc.). The schedule is available on their Instagram account. The manager is very friendly!

This new place in Union Saint Jean is fantastic. The food is excellent, and the owner is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it. If you're getting takeout, please bring your own containers as part of their anti-waste and zero-waste initiative.

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We enjoyed a platter made entirely with local products: the ham was delicious, the cheese was amazing, not to mention the zucchini spread and the soup. A very pleasant surprise for an evening with friends. The owner, Herodia, is incredibly attentive to her customers and very funny too. Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed.
