Lack of professionalism. After applying through the website, I was contacted by someone from the firm who asked for my availability via text message. After providing it, I received no response. I followed up the following week, requesting availability for a specific day, which I accepted, but again, no response.

I received a text message on my cell phone from Ms. Dumontier at this agency, asking me to contact her about a job offer. Despite four attempts to reach her by phone and one message left directly with the agency over a 15-day period, I never heard back from her. This type of candidate management is very surprising for a firm that claims to uphold ethical standards!
