It is common knowledge that some (fortunately not all) immigration lawyers take advantage of the situation of immigrants to be condescending and rude, but this is the height of it! Having an appointment at 4:30 p.m. and seeing that I was running out of time, I took a taxi to honor my appointment and arrive on time, because I respect people's time. Knowing that I cannot afford to take a taxi. When I arrive, I wait 15 minutes, after which I ask the secretary if the lawyer plans to take me soon because I have obligations afterward. The waiting room is outdated and cold, knowing that they share the office with several lawyers and that Ms. Pierrot asks for payment in cash... and refuses the credit card... So be it. Because I dared to ask after 15 minutes of waiting and having done everything to arrive on time, Mrs. Pierrot, without apologizing, comes into the room and loudly proclaims in a disdainful and sarcastic tone: "apparently a lady is in a hurry." An explanation follows, Mrs. Pierrot still does not apologize for her delay and treats me like a capricious child whose only right would be to shut her mouth and wait indefinitely in a waiting room. The height of it is that my reaction seemed crazy to her while I am there as a client and I was verbally assaulted while... I arrived on time and I was waiting. As immigration lawyers are used to people who do not speak French well and being lawyers in a position of power, take advantage of it... the height of cynicism. An outdated firm + cash payment + leaving clients waiting + reframing her clients if they DARE to ask her after 15 minutes of waiting! Cynicism at its peak!

For payment, Maître Pierrot offered me several options: bank transfer, check, or cash. Personally, I made bank transfers every time I needed her services, except for one instance where I paid in cash and received a receipt. I received three OQTFs (Obligations to Leave French Territory), and each time she managed to have them overturned. The first OQTF was for an APS (Temporary Residence Permit) application; it was overturned, and I obtained an APS. When my APS was renewed, I received another OQTF, and Maître Pierrot again managed to have it overturned, resulting in a second APS. For the renewal of my second APS (Temporary Residence Permit), the prefecture once again issued me an OQTF (Obligation to Leave French Territory), which was again overturned by Maître Pierrot . To my great surprise and joy, this time she managed to get me a one-year residence permit . After one year, I applied for renewal of my residence permit through the ANEF portal, but they closed my file with a negative decision. Once again, the best lawyer I've ever had, and her team, secured my residence permit renewal . I've had a four-year experience with this firm and have never been disappointed. Just give Maître Pierrot all the necessary information and evidence of your presence and integration, and you'll see the results for yourself. I simply can't understand the negative reviews!!
