A very innovative product with high reliability. Excellent compatibility between mobile phone, app, desktop phone, and web client. A real thumbs up! However, the support and the support request process are a disaster! That's why I'm deducting two stars. Waiting times of 25 minutes on the support hotline are not uncommon—especially when a major issue arises. Fortunately, these are very rare. Requesting support via email is not possible; it can only be done through their own support tool—which, in turn, requires registration and thus makes "spontaneous support requests" difficult. Pascom definitely needs to improve their customer service. Overall conclusion: An excellent product, until you need help!

Today, Telekom made some changes to our phone line. It then "spontaneously" turned out that our old phone system wasn't compatible. As a result, we were no longer reachable by phone (as of today). We were already using Pascom internally, but external calls weren't working yet because Telekom had rejected the number porting request. Ms. Reichl from Pascom configured everything within 15 minutes so that we could make and receive calls again. Many thanks for your help. A huge thank you!
