Complaint Regarding Telephone Service Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my telephone call to your services. I was connected to a representative whose behavior was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional. This representative questioned my status as a customer on the grounds that I do not contact your service frequently, even going so far as to refuse any assistance. I would like to clarify that I am indeed a customer of yours, and I regret that a lack of call frequency could be interpreted in this way. The fact that my equipment usually functions correctly should in no way be detrimental to me. I am very disappointed with this interaction and the service I received. I would be grateful if you would take this complaint into consideration so that this type of situation does not recur.
As a buyer for a government agency, my experience with this company was very disappointing. The kitchen equipment purchased did not meet our expectations, and when I contacted customer service, I received neither clear guidance nor a satisfactory solution. Their customer service lacks seriousness and professionalism. I'm only giving one star because it's impossible to give zero. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company.
Having bought a deep fryer at auction from this store, but which is quite complex to use and requires an instruction manual, I contacted this company who "politely" told me to get lost since I hadn't made the purchase from them! I do not recommend this company! I'm giving one star because otherwise it's not possible to publish; but it's not deserved!
Unprofessional, avoid at all costs. I posted a message on the website and received nothing but contemptuous silence in response. A strange way to treat customers.
