Last February, I attended a meeting on interim management organized by Morgan Philips. The event brought together not only the firm's experts in the field—experienced interim managers, including HR directors—but also other human resources professionals interested in this "new" practice within companies. I greatly appreciated the quality, depth, and relevance of the discussions among the participants, as well as the engaging and humorous presentation by our hosts. Terrible agency (yet another one) that should learn how to recruit staff before taking care of people! You're a baker? Well, they offer you a job in a butcher shop! They can't even read a resume. What incompetence... avoid them at all costs!
