I was contacted by this firm for a position perfectly suited to my profile in a biotechnology company. Highly involved, I followed the entire recruitment process: six interviews, some of which were held at the biotech company's premises, with positive feedback throughout. Despite this, I never received any final feedback or clear communication regarding the outcome of the recruitment process. The lack of follow-up is disappointing, especially after such an investment of time and energy. Fortunately, I was fortunate enough to find an opportunity elsewhere, with a much faster and more transparent process. A recruitment firm must demonstrate professionalism and respect towards candidates, even when a collaboration doesn't work out.

After four interviews... no one calls back or answers calls or messages! Yet the position is still open at the client's site: a complete lack of seriousness and professionalism.
