Not impressed. Not transparent at all, they overpromise and underdeliver.

Not really International, understaffed administration.

I worked for Marianne International for over a year. The salary is very low, there are no benefits, and no works council in the corporate division: unfair dismissals are frequent. The agency will always defend the client's interests rather than the employee's. I really don't recommend it, even as a student job.

Case heard by the labor court: I was dismissed for misconduct by this agency after refusing to perform tasks that were outside my job description. I was repeatedly asked to: - Transport bulky packages (Margo Conseil), - Assemble coat racks (law firm), - Prepare invoices and process payments (ATHLETICA sports center). Believing these tasks were clearly outside the scope of my duties, I refused to perform them. Shortly afterward, I was dismissed for "misconduct," citing an alleged behavioral issue. I decided to contest this dismissal before the labor court, and I won my case. The dismissal was ruled to be without just cause, and the Marianne Internationale agency was ordered to pay me damages. (See attached evidence) My goal here is not to harm the agency, but to share my experience to inform and prevent similar situations. If you are facing similar situations in your job, don't hesitate to assert your rights. Taking your case to the Labor Court can make all the difference. You are not alone, and the law is there to protect you and restore order.

It's surprising (and even laughable) to read some of the agency's responses to negative reviews. Instead of facing the facts and questioning itself, it prefers to minimize, ignore testimonies with supporting evidence, and discredit those who dare to speak out. It's dishonest. Employees deserve respect, not to be treated like disposable tools. As long as the priority remains customer satisfaction without considering that of its own employees, nothing will change. Human resources management and accounting also need to be reviewed, given the blatant lack of organization and transparency. You can disguise the reality, but those who worked there know very well how things work.
