(Beware of fake reviews with only one or two reviews: it already reveals what kind of person you're dealing with.) A very disappointing and deeply frustrating recruitment experience. From the very first interview conducted by Ms. Vanessa Hostachy, several criticisms were made regarding my skills and my resume, as well as a questioning of my salary expectations, even though my profile was subsequently presented as validated by the client's HR department (Caisse d'épargne, Paris 13th arrondissement). The process went very far, with reference checks carried out, without me ever having the interview with the client that was promised at the outset. The final rejection was based on criteria that were perfectly clear from the initial review of my resume (specific experience, supposed distance from the field), which makes the decision to proceed at this stage incomprehensible. This approach clearly gives the impression that the application process primarily served to fuel the work of consultant Vanessa (interviews, references, reporting), without any concrete or genuinely validated opportunity on the client's side. Engaging a candidate, questioning their background and salary expectations, soliciting their references, only to conclude that they are unsuitable based on factors known from the outset, raises serious questions about the professionalism and transparency of the process. This experience leaves a bitter taste and suggests that the candidates' time and effort are not being respected.
