BRUCE RECRUTEMENT

Negative experience. I was offered in the end, "fast hire" sort of jobs even if I had mentioned I had a 15 day preavis to give to my current employer. No recruitment process involved with their clients. No interview planned with the first offer and only one interview with the second offer I had been proposed which was decisive. This does not leave you ground to know for which company you would be working for. Young recruiter who mildly reprimanded me for not having downloaded "La Team Bruce" app 2 hours before my interview. When I asked him whether he was upset, he mentioned that if he had been, he would not have attended the meeting ! Guess what? The app did not work under a Spanish number. Oops! pressure on the candidate to suffise their clients' needs. I also asked them to delete my personal data from their database which they have not done for the time being. I do not recommend this company at last.
