Misleading permanent job postings... which are actually disguised professional training contracts. Beware of the recruitment strategy... in the end, it's a waste of trained and independent labor, but on precarious contracts with a liability clause to top it all off! An acquaintance wasted eight months, not realizing that even if the training is completed, it doesn't guarantee a permanent contract in the end. Misleading job postings and recruitment practices!
