I was disappointed by this agency's attitude during the implementation of a joint project a few years ago. The agency's sole motivation was to generate revenue at the expense of a non-profit project. The agency's president sabotaged the project, causing it to fail. I am now very wary of this team, even though some of their colleagues remain highly qualified and expert individuals.
