During an interview with a recruitment manager for a boutique position, she assured me that I would be contacted shortly. A week later, with no news, I had to follow up with her. She then explained that she still hadn't submitted my application but that it would be done within the day and that I would receive a response immediately. Several weeks later, I still haven't heard back. Disappointing experience and lack of professionalism.
